As a DevOps Engineer you will be part of our B2B and B2C web product team. Support us in setting and scaling up our DevOps and test management to enable our internal clients and banking partners to experience the best possible customer journey.Together we will ensure that our market and sales solutions run reliably across our cloud platforms and implement effective delivery processes and structures.Who are we? A diverse and ambitious team of tech enthusiasts passionate about excellence in digital products via full-scale agile software delivery. In close collaboration with our marketing and sales units we develop and operate web applications as an integral part of our business strategy at Union Investment.

How you can help us?

Taking on test and deployment activities

Developing and optimizing scripts and methods to increase our deployment automation

Provisioning and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD)

Continuously improving system availability and stability at all stages (dev to prod)

Developing monitoring and alerting systems

Configurating and enhancing IT networks

Was Sie bieten

What should your skills and experiences be?

University education in informatics/IT or similar fields

Knowledge of Unix and Linux as well as scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)

Skills and experience in Git, Docker, Jenkins beneficial

Participation in at least one project operating productively in MS Azure

Willingness to develop DevOps skills (CI/CD pipelines, containerization and IaC) while working as part of a learning team

TCP/IP networking skills

A work culture characterized by a spirit of partnership, appreciation, enthusiasm and team work and willingness to learn German whilst working with us

Working up to 40% remote depending on your working time model.
