What we expect

As an intern or working student (d/f/m) in Transformation Office, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:

Supporting the team in strategic transformation projects and process improvements
Contributing to the development and integration of the strategic transformation plan into the global budget planning
Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects
Working independently in processes for controlling the global project portfolio and implementing global action programs
Supporting content management, further development of internal tools and databases, reporting, and project tracking

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
Experience in the field of business development/transformation, strategy, project management, and/or consulting
Conceptual and analytical skills
Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English (knowledge of German/another foreign language is advantageous)
Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or full-time internship for 3-6 months
