Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Working Student for Returnable Packaging Fleet Management in the Packaging Engineering department. You will work closely with the Returnable Fleet Managers to steer the returnable packaging solutions and ensure overall physical and system vise readiness of returnable packaging. Additionally, you will coordinate the initial shipments and fleet integration of returnable packaging during the launch and ramp-up of Gigafactory Berlin.
This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with all facets of Tesla from technology and design through component delivery and final manufacturing. The successful candidate must have the ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high level of precision, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and not afraid to re-define tradition.
