For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

• Order Processing: Precise and efficient handling of customer orders for our diverse gift card range
• Conscientious Execution: Smooth processing of orders to provide top-notch customer experiences
• Problem Solving for B2B Customers: Autonomous handling of inquiries and assistance in resolving issues for our B2B customers
• Consultation: Professional guidance for clients in designing motifs, card carriers and conditions to create unique gift cards
• Operational Support in the Seasonal Business: You assist the team in operational tasks such as packing gift cards during peak seasons

• Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have gained experience in customer service and/or order processing
• Your work style: High level of care and precision to ensure a smooth workflow
• Customer orientation: With your friendly and accommodating manner, you assist our customers in realizing their wishes to the best of your ability
• Your flexibility and teamwork will help you work at the interface between administrative and operational tasks
• You speak and write German fluently; English language skills are advantageous.

The salary range for this position is €19,000 to €25,000 and varies depending on the applicants' professional experience and monthly working hours (80 to 105 hours). This is an annual gross salary consisting of 12 payments, including Christmas and holiday bonuses
