Your Challenge
We, the Commodity Risk Middle Office (CRMO) team, are providing high quality risk management services to different ADM Business Units and subsidiaries operating in Europe, Middle-East and Africa and partially also globally. The CRMO is consolidating daily risk and operational positions for and supporting the Trading and Production Businesses operating within the different Business Units across a range of grains, oilseeds, feedstuffs and other agricultural commodities. We are constantly striving to improve our reporting by using modern technology to automate processes and data handling paired with state of the art reporting tools. You are an advanced professional in this area and will be closely working together with the different teams on optimizing daily processes and procedures but also supporting regional and global projects. Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the company’s efforts in further building and developing the basis for the position reporting regarding technical set-up, processes and procedures through participating in regional and global projects
- Work together with the different team leads in maintaining / optimizing existing reporting tools and processes by reviewing current status, develop improvement strategies and working to implement these
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, data extraction, databases, security, users and user roles, master data
- Set and document standards in data handling and educate team members developing and/or improving skills
- Provide support in regular reporting tasks measuring Value-at-Risk, P&L estimates and position analysis
