As Senior Expert ESG & Regulatory Reporting (f/m/d) you will be responsible for providing leadership for all Siemens Fonds Invest (SFI) sustainability, ESG, and social value topics, supporting the company's ESG strategy, and promoting social and environmental responsibility!
- Drive the implementation of ESG and regulatory changes
- Conduct market and competitive analyses in the context of ESG & regulatory changes
- Establish and supervise ESG governance (ESG board, policies, control framework, processes, reporting)
- You will be in charge of the preparation and quality assurance of regulatory reports (such as Factsheets, PAI, EET, EPT, EMT, PRIIPS, KIID, Prospectus, Annual Reports etc.)
- Own all ESG & regulatory reporting matters in-house, towards clients, regulators, vendors, BVI and BAI
- As the domain specialist for ESG, you will participate in SFI´s organisational change committee
- You will support the AML/KYC and Compliance function in its daily operations

- The backbone of your success builds an optimally completed bachelor’s or master's degree in mathematics or economics
- Additionally, you bring many years of professional experience in the field of financial services, preferably with a Bank or Asset Management company in the areas of regulatory, organisational change, product management, project management and/or operations management connected with profound work experience as senior professional in regulatory, project management, product management or operations
- You have extensive project management experience by guiding cross-functional projects, preferably at corporate level
- You gained experience developing ESG & Regulatory agendas and thrive in implementing concepts, reports and tools
- You stay up to-date with the current regulatory and digitalization trends and are familiar with the financial services industry
- As goal-oriented senior professional with excellent analytical & interpersonal skills you have good knowledge of strategic tools and concepts
- Ideally, you gained intercultural experience by staying abroad for several months (work or study time)
- Your profile matches the position if you speak German and English at native speaker level
