We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Assistant to the Management Board. In this role, you will provide strategic support and assist with various projects, working closely with our executives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contracts, financial plans, and providing valuable insights to different members of the management board.

Your mission

• Strategically assist the management board and take ownership of projects
• Support contract management and financial planning in collaboration with the management
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Degree in economics or industrial engineering (Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree) with very good grades
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in using office software and equipment
• Familiarity with contract management and financial planning is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
