We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Digital Experience Business in Munich.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all inbound Adobe Experience Manager leads, identifying needs and qualifying opportunities.
- Contact and qualify prospects in existing Experience Cloud customer accounts to exceed demand generation targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and challenges.
- Generate high-quality pipeline through calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Work to individual quota and achieve SLAs for MQLs.
- Proactively collaborate with the Adobe Ecosystem.
- Manage all CRM activity related to your accounts.
- Utilize various channels and tools such as social media and web-based platforms.
- Act as an Adobe ambassador.
- Ensure compliance to Adobe tools usage and processes.
What You Need To Succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development with SaaS applications knowledge, especially Content Management.
- Demonstrated personal drive, determination, and ethical standards.
- Proven track record in exceeding targets in Business Development.
- Deep understanding of sales cycle processes.
- Strong understanding of business personas and buying decisions.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies like CRM and Sales Engagement platforms.
- Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Customer-centric approach and internal advocacy for the Business Development Group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
