Process Integration / Yield Enhancement Team as Engineer Yield Enhancement (m/f/d)
Your pitch:
› Optimization and development of existing or new process flows in an interdisciplinary environment
› Analysis and evaluation of multiple measurement- and process data to implement effective technology improvements
› Solving technical issues in close collaboration with process engineers, quality team and the customer
› Lead projects for yield- and quality improvement as well as cost reduction
› Transfer of new technologies into production as part of an international team
› Ensure a proper documentation of your technologies and processes
Your profile:
› You lead by example, you take responsibility to score the goal, but also pass at the right moment
› You have electrical-engineering, micro-electronics, physics, chemistry or a related field of study in your blood and in the form of a university degree in your pocket
› You have professional knowledge in process integration and profound knowledge of semiconductor processing
› You can quickly recognize, organize and explain complex relationships
› Tools and methods such as DoE, FMEA, 8D arouse your curiosity and not your escape reflex
› You can communicate your concerns clearly and comprehensibly in German and English in an interdisciplinary environment
› You have understood that multi-cultural teamwork is not a buzzword, but the key to joint success
