In dieser Rolle sind Sie für das Meeting Management von Vorständen, Aufsichtsräten und Ausschüssen der Eurex-Gesellschaften sowie der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse verantwortlich. Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Corporate-Governance-Anforderungen sicher und optimieren die entsprechenden Prozesse. Die Position erfordert ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Recht, Affinität zu Prozessmanagement und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

The Trading & Clearing Division accounts for the largest part of Deutsche Börse business activities. We operate the Cash Market, Financial Derivatives, Market Data, Foreign Exchange and Commodities markets and services within the Group.
Boards & Committees Trading & Clearing, which is part of the Trade Venue Regulation & Governance Section, is responsible for the Corporate Governance of the legal entities of Eurex and the Cash Market. The team administers the boards and the respective committees of these entities and ensures that regulatory requirements related to corporate governance are fulfilled.
