Your Role

Assist with organizational and administrative needs to support the Head of ZEISS Ventures & the ZEISS Ventures Team
Calendar and travel management
Progress tracking of team tasks and deadlines
Documentation and knowledge management, to ensure that all the documents are systematically catalogued and easily accessible
Organizing both internal and external workshops and events
Support with strategic and operational topics:
Strong partner for our internal ventures’ teams for various operational subject-matters topics such as finance, legal or human resources
Independent handling of special topics and smaller projects in the ventures area
Responsible for purchasing and invoicing processes

Your Profile

Undergraduate degree / diploma in business administration, communication sciences or a comparable course of study or training (e.g., commercial assistant, business administrator for office management, organizational assistant, or comparable field of expertise)
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in management assistance in an international environment
Ability to think analytically and grasp new and complex topics quickly
Excellent time management in a high-pressure fast paced environment
Strong organization skills and proficiency in MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to build networks and enjoy working in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
Business fluent in English and German (must have)
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a team
