🤝 Werde Brand Experience Manager (m/w/d) bei Sony Music in Berlin!

Responsibilities

• Acquisition & Sales:
  Drive revenue by identifying and proactively securing brand partners and agencies for groundbreaking music and entertainment collaborations. Own the entire sales cycle, from crafting compelling proposals to negotiating contracts, closing deals, and delivering insightful KPI reports.
• Business Development & Account Management:
  Cultivate lasting relationships with brand partners and agencies. Uncover new business opportunities, expertly manage brand partnership execution, and maintain consistent communication, including our engaging Brand Partnerships newsletter.
• Creative Concepting & Market Insights:
  Collaborate with artists, product management, and external partners to develop and present custom partnership concepts and activations. Stay ahead of the curve by tracking music, brand, and pop culture trends to continuously innovate our partner portfolio and service offerings.

Profile

• Proven experience in Brand Partnerships, Sales, agency business, or Sponsorship, ideally within music, entertainment, lifestyle, or culture.
• Strong sales personality: A deal-closing enthusiast with a passion for creativity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present winning concepts and pitches to key decision-makers.
• An established network within the brand, media, and creative agency landscape is a significant advantage.
• Deep passion for music, pop culture, and emerging trends.
• A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English is crucial; German proficiency is highly desirable.
