expertise in the field of epidermolysis bullosa and data set
experience in mentoring more than 30 doctoral students

Tasks:

performing literature research regarding suitable cutoffs
developing disease graphs, and performing and analyzing spatial transcriptomics experiments to identify disease-modifying factors

Requirments:

degree in biomedicine
experience in literature research
interest in quantitative research
interest in close collaboration with data scientists

The position is part-time (50%).
