These are your tasks :

• Technical and financial proposal preparation
• Staff sourcing, training and monitoring
• Proposal and contract negotiations
• Project management with respective country assignments

What you should bring:

• Engineer or similar professional background
• Long-standing professional experiences in international projects in the sanitary sector
• Profound technical knowledge in the water and waste-water sector
• Knowledge of International Donor Business with special regard to KfW and GIZ
• Proven experiences in proposal writing and management of comprehensive projects
• Work experiences in development of Masterplans, Feasibility Studies, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Design and Tendering, based on KfW; GIZ and FIDIC contracts
• Establishing and monitoring of intercultural team works
• Interface management related to Economics, Tax and Fees & Institutional Strengthening and Communication and presentation skills in Stakeholder Engagement and Public Hearings
• Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking), French will be an asset
