Wir suchen eine dynamische Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams als Parts Manager für Aftermarket Parts Sales bei Genie, (Terex AWP), mit besonderem Fokus auf die Region Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz. In dieser Funktion spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Etablierung und Verfeinerung des Vertriebsnetzes für Aftermarket-Teile im Zusammenhang mit allen Terex Aerial Work Platform (AWP)-Produkten, insbesondere im deutschsprachigen Markt.
Ihre Mission ist es, das kontinuierliche Geschäftswachstum in Ihrem zugewiesenen Gebiet, Ihrer Branche oder Ihren nationalen Konten in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, da Sie den Markt in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz sorgfältig ansprechen und Partnerschaften mit den besten Unternehmen aufbauen, um unser Teilegeschäft zu stärken.
Zusammenarbeit ist in dieser Funktion von entscheidender Bedeutung, da Sie Entwicklungsanstrengungen mit anderen Genie-Funktionen koordinieren und als wichtiges Bindeglied bei der Eskalation von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Genie-Teilen fungieren. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Genie-Kunden im deutschen Markt über das Wertversprechen unserer Aftermarket-Teile aufzuklären und aktiv zur Identifizierung neuer und aufregender Geschäftsmöglichkeiten beizutragen.

Essential Functions (Listed in order of % of time):
- Parts Sales: ensures business growth in assigned region, industry or national account.
- Identifies potential new customers and products.
- Contacts existing customers on a regular basis.
- Coordinates development efforts with other Genie functions such as machine sales, customer service, marketing, operations, and warranty.
- Ensures customers understand Genie parts and warranty processes.
- Trains customers on products, service, warranties, and technical support.
- Assists customers with business planning and development of Genie parts business.
- Collects feedback on products and services and conveys information to relevant team members for research and consideration.
- Provides customers with information on parts usage, trends, and service level.
- Formally communicates to dealers on all appropriate matters.
- Presides at trade shows, coordinating business development and educational activities with assigned customers and contacts.
- Keeps accurate record of customer communications.
- Maintains a high professional image and appearance with self and Genie vehicles
- Controls expenses per agreed-upon budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.
Education / qualifications / Experience:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree/HNC in Engineering or Business-related degree would be desirable
- Previous experience of providing Aftermarket Part Sales is essential
- experience in a commercial customer-facing role is essential
- Excellent written and verbal Communication is essential
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, knowledge/fluency in French, Italian is beneficial
