As Business Assistant you will help manage many of the day-to-day operations of our business and help keep everything running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to be on the journey with an early-stage startup throughout its scaling stages!

Tasks

• Managing the flow of communication throughout the office
• Handling basic accounting tasks
• Managing the purchase and distribution of office supplies
• Maintaining office equipment
• Co-ordinating the use of office space
• Assisting company event planning
• Filing and organizing employee documents
• Providing administrative assistance to our Founders (such as prioritizing the most sensitive

emails and matters)

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of working experience in handling administrative tasks
• You are motivated in getting to know all areas of the business
• Hands-on personality, team-play-spirit, and efficient time management
• Passionate for sustainability
• Fluent in English and German (Portuguese is a plus)
