We are seeking to find thriving candidates which want to join us and propel our electrification journey in Europe.

Testing Engineer is required to design and implement tests that check the functionality of our chargers. This employee will participate in diverse phases of testing: from determining the exact procedure to troubleshooting errors and communicating recommendations for improvement to the rest of the product development team. We are looking for a strong team player with an analytical mindset, willing to contribute to continuous improvement of our standards and ultimately to become a technical expert in our products.

Your main tasks will be to:

Assess testing requirements and methodology
Offer technical support to sales and product marketing in an accurate and timely manner.
Support the identification of issues with the chargers (if any) and feedback on improvements.
Handle Solution requests and support resolving technical problems.
Occasionally support on-site for complex technical issues
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company product lines.
Be an expert concerning the testing methods and provide detailed analysis of key parameters and metrics on improvements.
Act as a leader within the team and take ownership of testing activities associated with new product development and tear downs.

That's what you should bring with:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent vocational training (Ausbildung).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Application / Systems / Product/ Testing Engineer in power supplies or related fields.
Technical background, with experience in Hardware Electrical fields.
Demonstrated success defining a technical process of development and testing.
Experience in a job in the EV market would be a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Willingness and ability to travel
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Valid driving license.
Willingness to work in multicultural environment.
