Your Tasks

Carrying out load simulations of wind turbines taking into account relevant guidelines
Independent evaluation, analysis and optimisation of the simulation results of wind turbines for various guidelines
Creating documentation for the certification of load results and for internal and external communication
Assessing the suitability of new components of a wind turbine with regard to load changes on the other components of a wind turbine
Evaluation of the properties of wind turbine components with regard to critical areas and their effects on the loads
Identification of optimisation potential with regard to load results and sequence processes
Carrying out parameter studies to optimise the turbine design and operational management

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
Experience in one of the simulation tools Bladed, Flex 5, Simpack, Phatas or FAST
Several years of professional experience in the field of wind energy turbine design
Good knowledge of German and English
