Your Impact
In order to succeed with this mission, we are looking for a Junior User Researcher (m/f/d). Reporting directly to our UX Research Manager, you will have end to end ownership of our research databases and get a better understanding of our customer’s needs.
Job Description
Your Mission
- Taking charge of study conceptualization and questionnaire development
- Conducting customer data surveys followed by analysis and interpretation
- Collaborating on the selection of suitable tools and research methodologies
- Actively supporting product managers and designers in user recruitment for usability tests
- Managing and maintaining research databases
- Deriving new product possibilities from obtained research results
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance current processes and structures
Qualifications
Your Talent
- Initial professional experience in applied market research, preferably within a start-up environment
- Possessing theoretical expertise and familiarity with empirical methods, gained through studies in fields such as psychology, social sciences, or related disciplines
- Enjoying working with a variety of tools and quickly adapting to their use
- Demonstrating an ability to swiftly grasp new subject areas, recognize customer needs, and devise creative solutions for them
- Exhibiting a highly professional communication style when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English and German
