GEA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner for Training to join our Division of Food & Healthcare Technologies (FHT). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of training programs that align with our division's strategic goals.
The position can be based in the following locations: Kempten (DE), Düsseldorf (DE), Hürth (DE), Bakel (NL) and Weert (NL)

Your responsibilities:
You actively steer the conception, creation and implementation process of digital training content including support for specialist departments during rollout
You support our Subject Matter Experts on didactic, functional and design-related aspects in accordance with the GEA corporate standards
As a proactive and solution-oriented personality, you prepare worldwide rollouts of our learning offers to support our business
You are acting as a proactive, internal consultant (m/f/d) for the implementation of international learning topics including their sustainable further development across all BUs of the Division
You are a driving force by integrating didactic and technological trends in training development with the active involvement of stakeholders across different sites
