As a Key Account Services Representative, with a focus on Consignment Accounts in Germany, you will work closely with our partner retailers to make us a company known for excellent customer service as well as our superior products. You will be joining an energetic and collaborative team which is connected to our Account Services team all around the globe. Your job is supported by the latest technology, making it easy for you to deal with customer requests, as well as handling product data, and translating them into business actions.
- You will be the first point of contact for our Consignment Key Accounts in The Netherlands and Belgium A.S Adventure & Bever, and be responsible for their requests via email and phone as well as managing their order book, delivery and invoicing. You will also support our own retail stores with their orders.
- You will take the initiative to clarify open questions and issues by proactively connecting with our customers - always aiming for the best solution for all parties
- You will work very closely with our sales and operations team
- You will work on requests in our CRM-System (Salesforce) and ERP-System (D365) as well as communicating and cooperating with our external distribution centres.
- You are committed to sharing your knowledge and experience with the team, as only united are we able to deliver customer service excellence
