Your tasks

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (normally late shift).
You support our (Deputy) Terminal Manager in all issues that arise in the daily operational business, especially in the evening hours
40 hours per week, between Monday and Saturday, in the afternoon and evening hours.
You coordinate the de-briefing, i.e. the returning parcels that could not be delivered during the daily tours, and record the drivers' feedback on this.
Yard management, morning sorting preparation, and building closing duties fall within your responsibilities
Together with the team, the feedback from the drivers and our operations team, you will find ways to improve processes and approaches.
You support the improvement of occupational safety, health and hygiene measures as well as process improvements

Requirements

Ideally, you already have experience in parcel logistics or related areas, but this is not a must
You enjoy helping out and keep a cool head even if, for once, you don't manage to do so.
You enjoy what you do and can inspire and carry away with your joy and passion
It's not just your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills that set you apart - no one can hold a candle to you when it comes to self-organization.
You can speak fluent German, fluent English is an advantage
