Your salary

• You earn a fixed salary of 14 €/h

Your tasks

• Working Hours: Monday - Saturday between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (normally late shift).
• You support our (Deputy) Terminal Manager in all issues that arise in the daily operational business, especially in the evening hours
• 40 hours per week, between Monday and Saturday, in the afternoon and evening hours.
• You coordinate the de-briefing, i.e. the returning parcels that could not be delivered during the daily tours, and record the drivers' feedback on this.
• Yard management, morning sorting preparation, and building closing duties fall within your responsibilities
• Together with the team, the feedback from the drivers and our operations team, you will find ways to improve processes and approaches.
• You support the improvement of occupational safety, health and hygiene measures as well as process improvements

Requirements

• Ideally, you already have experience in parcel logistics or related areas, but this is not a must
• You enjoy helping out and keep a cool head even if, for once, you don't manage to do so.
• You enjoy what you do and can inspire and carry away with your joy and passion
• It's not just your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills that set you apart - no one can hold a candle to you when it comes to self-organization.
• You can speak fluent German, fluent English is an advantage
