Management Solutions caters for all kind of entities within this market: banks, insurers, investment companies, financial institutions, corporates, etc. We are involved in projects related to risk quantification and business planning models; validate, modify and establish the information origins/sources; define key processes (calculations and metrics); and become involved in the technology implementation required for proper operation, ensuring that the use of these tools is maximized. This means for the applicant the involvement in projects in the following areas: • Development of regulatory and non-regulatory risk and financial models (e.g. regression models, classification models, time series and Monte Carlo simulations) in the fields of banking, insurance and energy among others. • Includes the use of machine learning or big data solutions. • Review and validation of regulatory and non-regulatory models in risk, finance and other areas • Statistical data processing. • Analytical support to the business: developing algorithms, statistics and probability models. • Projects with our Research and Development Team (Proprietary Solutions).

Requirements

Final year students or recently graduated (e.g. Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Financial Mathematics, Physics, Data Science).
Master Degree and/or specialised courses are an asset (especially in Data Analytics, Quantitative Finance or similar)
Solid academic records.
Knowledge of other languages is desirable (English proficient, German is valuable).
Strong analytical skills and structured mindset.
Should desirably have knowledge of modeling techniques (logit, decision trees, clustering) and statistical programming languages (Python, R, SAS, Matlab).
Knowledge of data base languages, Big Data tools or cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google) are desirable.
“Get-up-and-go” attitude, maturity, responsibility and strong work ethic.
Open minded, ability to integrate easily into multidisciplinary and international teams.
