Job responsibilities:

• Develop roadmaps for our innovative products and features, identify potential critical paths, and implement creative solutions
• Coordinate and manage teams (Development, QA, Design, Art) throughout all project phases
• Ensure all teams are aligned and meet the given deadlines
• Plan and implement projects, including scope of work, time estimation, resource allocation, schedules, milestones, and budgets
• Participate in key client meetings with the Sales Team
• Identify opportunities to optimize our project workflows and share ideas in internal reports

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, positive, and detail-oriented personality with a strong focus on quality
• Exceptional project management and people skills
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
• Experience as a Producer or Project Manager (games industry experience is a plus)
• Technical background or understanding is preferred
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or VR/AR projects is a plus
