AUFGABEN

In this role, the candidate will support global HR projects and initiatives at TÜV SÜD.

As a working student in Global HR, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide administrative support relating to the implementation of our Global HR Strategy

Support the PMO and change management of the global SAP SuccessFactors implementation project

Drive strategic workforce planning by conducting labour market research analysis, stakeholder workshops, and defining workforce strategies

Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and policies by conducting research and analysis

Collaborate with international colleagues from both HR and our business

Assist the global HR team in day-to-day operations

QUALIFIKATIONEN

Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills, especially with regard to remote working. You take initiative and can work independently

Strong team-orientation and a sense of intercultural awareness

Dynamic candidate, who is passionate about HR and enjoys working within a diverse global and multicultural environment

Collaborative and able to apply a global mindset – can deliver strong results in close partnership with others across work areas, functions, and geographies

Strong analytical capabilities and an affinity for data

Previous experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Fluent English proficiency
