This is a fully remote position covering our East German territory with zip codes 1,0,9

Overview of Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of sales activities within the the sales territory, applying knowledge of the KJLC organisation, products and services to meet and exceed customer demands and business growth goals.

About you:

• You will be results driven with a proven track record of managing both existing and new business
• You will be excellent at driving projects forward and confident making strategic business decisions
• You will be available for domestic and international travel to our various offices and key customers
• You will have prior experience using a global CRM system
• You will be fluent in both German and English

Regional Sales Manager Key Job Elements:

• Work to develop a regional sales strategy together with Area Sales Manager to identify, target and secure new OEM’s and customers in the target market segments and applications
• Support and grow a profitable sales territory by building and maintaining strong customer relations
• Drive the business forward by providing customers with “high level” assistance through advanced selling skills, commercial, value-added engineering, and supply chain management knowledge
• Respond to customer requests for quotation, technical support, customer service etc. by effectively utilising resources available
• To actively identify areas of new business and potential customers within the territory and researching fresh business and market opportunities
• To be fully conversant with products and keep up to date with new technological developments. Full training will be provided on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for the completion and submission of any tenders within your territory
