Your role

Assist with organizational and administrative topics to support our ZEISS VENTURES Team in Munich. You’ll be responsible for:
Calendar and travel management as well as tracking progress of tasks and deadlines
Organization of internal and external appointments, workshops, and events
Office management, general secretarial work
Providing administrative support to Operations Manager and Head of internal ventures
Responsible for purchasing and processing invoices

Your profile

A successfully completed training in business administration, communication or a equivalent field of study or training
First professional experience as management assistant in an international environment (1-2 years)
Distinct ability to think analytically and strategically as well as ability to grasp new and complex topics quickly
Excellent time management skills and strong organization skills along with ability to perform in high-pressure environment
Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
Business fluent in English and German (must have) combined with strong communication skills
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel
