Your role
- Assist with organizational and administrative topics to support our ZEISS VENTURES Team in Munich. You’ll be responsible for:
- Calendar and travel management as well as tracking progress of tasks and deadlines
- Organization of internal and external appointments, workshops, and events
- Office management, general secretarial work
- Providing administrative support to Operations Manager and Head of internal ventures
- Responsible for purchasing and processing invoices
Your profile
- A successfully completed training in business administration, communication or a equivalent field of study or training
- First professional experience as management assistant in an international environment (1-2 years)
- Distinct ability to think analytically and strategically as well as ability to grasp new and complex topics quickly
- Excellent time management skills and strong organization skills along with ability to perform in high-pressure environment
- Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
- Business fluent in English and German (must have) combined with strong communication skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel
