TRAINEE CORPORATE FUNCTIONS INTERNATIONAL IN CORPORATE PROCUREMENT - GLOBAL BPO AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (M/F/X)

We are Global Business Services (GBS) – DHL Group’s service provider. Within Corporate Procurement, the Procurement Governance function covers the following topics:

• Processes, implementation of tools, policies, Strategy 2025 Master Plan, strategic reporting
• Evaluation, optimization, design, documentation, monitoring, control and communication of procurement business processes
• Identifying new and alternative approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and procurement performance in line with the overall Procurement and DHL Group strategy, objectives, policies and guidelines

Your tasks

• Process documentation and optimization support
• Procurement tool roll-out support
• Performance management activities for clusters and regions

Your profile

• Graduation (Bachelor/Master) before April 1st, 2024, in Logistics/SCM, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Economics, International Management, Digital Business, Procurement, Project Management, Change Management, Performance Management, Finance, IT
• Initial work experience (up to 3 years) in Process Management, Six Sigma, Controlling
• Fluent/very good English
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word. PowerBI, Think Cell, BPMN methodology (Business Process Model and Notation principles) an advantage
• Team player, excellent communication skills in a virtual and international environment, ability to grasp and work with complex issues, conceptual thinking/analytical skills, IT affinity and digital mindset, continuous improvement and solution-oriented mindset, healthy self-confidence is an advantage
