Join us as General Manager - North America and help us in our mission to drive the expansion of our mental health apps 7Mind and 7Sleep into English-speaking markets.

You will be the key figure in our B2B efforts, leveraging your expertise in business development, B2B sales and distribution deals. Your existing business network and dedication will enable you to build new partnerships, without long sales cycles.

• Market Expansion: You'll spearhead the introduction of 7Mind and 7Sleep into the US B2B market, targeting a diverse range of clients, including media companies, telcos, luxury brands, fitness studios and other adjacent subscription services.
• B2B Sales Expertise: Your extensive background in B2B sales equips you with a deep technical of sales processes. Your existing business network with relevant decision maker contacts will kick-start all sales efforts.
• Innovative Approach: You continually assess new approaches and sales channels, seeking out untapped partner segments to drive growth.

• Proven Professional Track Record: 5-10 years of sales experience and an existing business network in the US across industries such as sports and fitness, tourism/mobility, brands & retail, telecommunications, HR platforms & service providers, and other relevant subscription models.
• Operational Drive: You don't just lead from behind a desk; you have a strong preference for hands-on, operational involvement.
• Exceptional Communication: Your ability to communicate effectively and confidently instills trust and enthusiasm in customers, making you a trusted partner in building lasting client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Challenges are opportunities for you to shine. You approach them with an entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking innovative solutions.
