General Management

Our General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.

We touch every part of our organisation, from developing and executing long term business strategies to ensuring financial health and budgeting. As a Commercial Management Assistant at Reckitt you’ll enjoy being at the heart of our business; you'll be the backbone that enables seamless operations and organisation. Your responsibilities

Meeting organization:

• Overall responsibility for the organization of quarterly key account management meetings incl. budget control as well as deployment meetings and townhalls
• Overall responsibility for the organization of sales meetings/workshops for Sales & Marketing incl. budget control
• Participation in SLT/MLT meetings - taking minutes and following up on action points
• Administration/ time management of the calendar of the Sales & Marketing Director DACH

Travel organization:

• Travel management of Sales & Marketing Leadership Team members
• Visa support

Budget control of fixed costs:

• Regular review/management of commercial fixed cost sales in coordination with Finance

Event management and corporate social responsibility:

• Organization of company events, such as Christmas party, social events, incentive trips - incl. budget control
• Organization of the annual sales conference - incl. budget control
• Organization and active participation in Purpose Council for Social Responsibility projects for Germany

The experience we're looking for

• Background in business administration or a closely related field, showcasing your broad skill set.
• Proven experience in a PA, EA, or similar role within a dynamic environment, FMCG industry preferred.
• Excellent command of MS Office tools and a proficiency in English that enables clear, concise communication.
• Top-tier organisational and time management prowess; you're known for never missing a beat.
• You value discretion, handle confidential information with care, and have a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
