What we expect

• You support our Total Rewards team in day-to-day business and in projects related to compensation in an international context
• You take over data maintenance and preparation (e.g. in the context of the bonus process)
• You support with operational tasks (e.g. creation of compensation letters)
• You create communication documents and presentations on compensation-related topics that are appropriate for the target audience

Who we are looking for

• You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) in an economics or comparable degree program
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of human resources (compensation)
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers and data
• You stand out through your careful way of working
• You are proactive, responsible and team-oriented
