Are you a hands-on leader with Workday HCM expertise? This is your chance to lead a skilled team of Workday HRIS analysts! This hybrid role blends Project Management, Team Leading, and hands-on Workday duties for a highly successful German business with a global presence.

This exciting opportunity requires a minimum of one day per week onsite in either München, Stuttgart, or Düsseldorf, so proximity to these locations is key. The Gross Annual Salary on offer ranges from €100,000 to €110,000 for a credible Workday Team Lead fluent in German and English.

Workday Lead – required profile:

– In-depth functional Workday HCM knowledge to serve as the SME for an international employer
– Proven leadership skills, including leading a team (4 FTEs) and managing senior stakeholder relationships
– Project Management skills for Workday optimization, implementation, and broader HRIS projects
– Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with business, technical, and HR colleagues in both German and English
– Flexibility to balance Leadership, Project, strategic, and hands-on systems duties, including business process configuration
