Your Opportunity

In this role, you will drive store performance by providing vital operational support. Your mission is to contribute to a seamless and premium customer journey that reflects our high brand standards.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all clients to guarantee superior service.
Guide customers to the correct departments and introduce them to our sales experts.
Deliver a unique luxury experience while working collaboratively to achieve store goals.
Support the sales team in locating merchandise efficiently.
Assist with floor transitions, merchandising, display upkeep, and general store maintenance.
Provide refreshments to guests to enhance their shopping experience.
Manage product handling and maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate smooth sales processes.
Assist with high-quality packaging and wrapping at the end of the sale.
Handle additional operational tasks as directed by the management team.
