D365 Functional Consultant (F&O) (German Speaker)

Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and finance and accounting principles, along with technical skills to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to meet the unique requirements of each client.

This is currently a hybrid role reporting to our office in Berlin, but this can also be a remote role from anywhere in Germany for the right candidate. This role may involve traveling within Germany and to other countries in EU.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and document their requirements.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 F&O to meet the client's requirements.
• Provide guidance to the client on best practices and industry standards.
• Develop functional specifications and test plans.
• Conduct testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functionality and features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of [Insert number] years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of business processes, finance and accounting principles, and technical skills to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance and Operations apps functional consultant, Finance, Supply Chain Management) is a plus.
