JOIN ONE OF OUR BRAND COMMUNICATION TEAMS - Brand Communications develops an integrated, through-the-line, marketing communications package to support adidas’ global and specific marketing and business objectives. You will be supporting a specific category and its key events. Gain insights in the marketing and communication planning for product launches and campaign as well as how our content comes to life. We have 3 open internships within the following teams:

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Assist Business Unit product managers in developing marketing and communication plans that drive the business unit and lead to effective communication activities.
- Contribute to the development of short and long term communications strategy based on the global strategic business plan and specific business unit objectives and drive the development of an effective channel-planning strategy based on the consumer and marketing objectives.
- Provide inputs for creation of action plans for Business Unit communications projects with the aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies
- Assist in researching communication opportunities, as well as opportunities for Co-ops & Co-branding and coordinate with day-to-day management of all other marketing disciplines: Digital, Social, PR and retail
- Assist in coordinating global and local agencies across projects and activities for the business unit: agency briefing process and development of concepts and creative elements
- Assist in directing agencies towards creative concept that meets objectives and works across disciplines, and global markets.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Attention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong interest & passion for Sport or Lifestyle & Fashion

- Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.098,00€, compulsory internship 1.590,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2024 - March 2025
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
