Your Responsibilities:

You are the primary telephone contact for all customer inquiries related to car rental services.
You are an expert in areas such as invoice explanation, complaint management, product advice, and booking.

Your Profile:

You are open-minded in dealing with customers, addressing their concerns empathetically and with a focus on finding solutions.
You work conscientiously in line with the client's requirements.
You are proficient in using common PC applications.
You have excellent language skills (C1 level) in English, both written and spoken.
