6 Months internship in Logistics/Warehouse/Shipping Department

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers
(
pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organisations - CROs
)
can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.

What you'll be doing:
-
Coordinate scheduling with production, sales order administration and other departments as needed
-
Prioritize coordination efforts to ensure efficiency and timeliness of scheduling
-
Process receipts of all inventory materials and supplies received
-
Perform routine data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
-
Label inventory items in the receiving area for identifications, including serialization and tagging of barcoded items
-
Transport materials to and from the receiving area, warehouse and production areas
-
Perform Inventory booking within the ERP-System

Receiving, unpacking and data entry in the receiving process
-
Coordination of the material flow between the internal and external Warehouses

Picking and commissioning of work orders

Take care of the cleanliness of the Warehouse
What we look for:

Accurate and fast working style
-
Professional experience in a logistic, forwarding or industrial working environment.

Experience in Logistics and/or Warehouse distribution.
-
Experience in ERP Systems.
-
Coordination of outbound shipments
-
MS Office expertise
-
Basic English knowledge
