providing L3 support in terms of design, development, and manage Windows Images. Creating or maintaining existing standard models and keeping the Tasks sequences updated as per the defined contract. Certifying new, current standard models updated with latest updates. Certifying the retail images for offline environments. Certifying Kiosk packages as per requirements. Involving in Client interaction on regular basis to understand the Business of the Client Providing the L3 support and handling escalations. Creating and maintaining the Task sequences with the latest Windows image. Downloading and maintaining the standard certified models with latest drivers. Certifying new standard and non-standard hardware models. Maintaining the hardware models with latest BIOS updates. Enabling PXE and offline media and making them available in production. Creating customized images for Virtual Machines. Creating and maintaining the image related documents up to date. Implementing the windows settings customization and integrating it as part of Task sequences. Creating Kiosk packages for retail stores. Creating offline images for the offline environments. Should be expert in using the following tools. 1. SCCM / MECM OSD2. MDT3. PowerShell4. Hyper-V5. VMware (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
