Test Engineer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

As a test engineer for an energy storage system, you will be responsible for realising the E/E, geometric or leak tests for a production line of energy storage systems in terms of technology, costs, time and quality.
You will be responsible for the necessary test systems from the specification / concept phase through realisation with external suppliers to achieving the acceptance criteria in accordance with VDA 5 in the plant.
You are part of the cross-location cross-sectional test planning team, help design the test concept taking into account the FMEA, actively contribute lessons learnt and thus contribute to the further development of the entire reference system.
You ensure the application of the valid process regulations for your test systems and the reference system.
In coordination with the Test Engineering Technology Development department, you will initiate and evaluate technical adjustments, help to bring about a decision and implement the necessary changes in your systems.
You will be involved in the development of complex test concepts and the creation of test stations.
Provide support in the planning, construction and commissioning of test stations (hardware, software and mechanics).
You can also specialise in one type of test, e.g. geometric or E/E tests.

Ihr Profil:

Successfully completed studies, primarily in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics with a focus on measurement technology.
Advanced professional experience in the field of test planning or the planning and implementation of test systems (e.g. leak test systems, EOL test benches, geometry test systems).
Sound understanding of the requirements of series production.
Business fluent in German and English.
