Our IT department acts as a Europe-wide IT service provider for the C&A Mode Group and controls the further development and operation of the IT landscape centrally from our European headquarters at Düsseldorf Airport!

For our IT security department, we are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Security Engineer (m/f/d) who will support us in the further development and design of our security landscape.

Key aspects of this role will include:

• Proactive, cross-departmental support for other teams in defending against and analyzing cyber security attacks
• Planning, testing and further development of the IT security strategy for C&A
• Advice and support for needs analysis, evaluation and implementation of new IT security products and strategies
• Development and introduction of IT security operation models and internal risk management
• Identification and analysis of existing security events and potential vulnerabilities Implementation of various security tests, e.g. in the form of simulated attack scenarios (penetration tests, ...)
• Investigation of possible attack scenarios, new attack techniques and the development of suitable defense methods
• Development of an IT security dashboard and regular reporting to the management
• Conception and implementation of new IT Security solutions
• Operation and further development of the IAM & PAM system
• Operation and further development of IT security solutions
• 2nd level support for IT security issues

We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all of the following:

• In-depth knowledge of the conception, implementation and operation of Identity & Access Management solutions, Privilege Access Management solutions and related interfaces (SCIM, SAML, REST API, SSO, MFA etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of public cloud and on-premise application connections to Identity & Access Management solutions, PowerShell Scripting and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
• Knowledge of One Identity products and development concepts/languages would be beneficial
• Several years of professional experience in IT enterprise architecture with a focus on identity architecture and in the handling of more complex architecture as well as implementation projects with at least one of the main topics: IGA, IAM or PAM
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training in the IT Security environment
• High team and communication skills, independent working methods and pronounced flexibility
• Fluent in English and German
