Moët Hennessy encompasses the wines and spirits activities of LVMH as world leader of the luxury sector; present in more than 150 countries, sharing the culture of excellence, tradition, innovation and authenticity of the Maisons all around the world.

We are looking for an intern (m/w/d) for our Travel Retail team to join us in Munich from the 1st of July 2023.

Your main tasks will be to support the international Travel Retail business, including the demand & supply planning of 5 key markets: Germany, Nordics, Italy, Netherlands & the UK. You will support the Key Account team on a daily basis with Business Administration & Development topics. You will also have the opportunity to support some trade marketing activations on the Cruise Line & Ferry channel.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks:

Manage demand and supply planning in the respective markets
Purchase order and budget management in coordination with the KAM and the teams in France, Denmark and Germany
Monthly Financial forecasting, sell-in & depletion analysis
Responsible for the administration and coordination of POS material
Conducting market research and preparing presentations
Marketing activations project management: events, fairs…

Profile

You are currently enrolled or have recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor/Master programs
First experiences through internships in the consumer goods sector, ideally in the Wine & spirits or luxury industry
Excellent written and spoken English; German and/or French is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Anaplan, SAP… is a plus
Taste for business development and target oriented with very good organizational skills
Independent, committed and good communication skills
High degree of teamwork and open-mindedness
Interest in the Wine & Spirits industry

From day one you will be actively involved in day-to-day business and support the Travel Retail department in various areas such as supply chain, sales, marketing and administration.
