Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Are you a real team player?

We’re looking for a team assistant to:

• manage calendars including external and internal conference calls, meetings, arrange travel bookings, itineraries
• support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference/event logistics
• coordinate the production of e.g. presentation books and reports, meeting prep documents, etc.
• assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses

You’ll be working in the Investment Bank within the Global Markets team in Frankfurt.
