- Executing clinical and sales strategies to drive adoption of the solution in assigned sites to reach agreed adoption targets. Proactively identify barriers to adoption and propose improvements or actions to lift barriers.
- Providing clinical and technical product expertise, in-lab product support and educate the end-users, in order to maximize the product’s performance for the user
- Monitoring the use of each product, gathering evidence on the performance of our products, capturing and addressing the complaints and inquiries made by customers, in order to obtain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Executing product demonstrations and presentations as part of sales support and broader awareness generation. Pro-actively contribute to coordinating all logistics related to such demos and presentations.
- Managing communication with stakeholders on site including physicians, nurses, radiation tech, study investigators, research coordinator, etc.
- Educating Philips marketing, sales and R&D teams on emerging issues in the field and provide actionable feedback to continuously improve the design of the products/solutions.
- Executing testing, evaluation and validation of new functionality in the clinical context, in house and with customers in the field.
- Representing Philips towards customers during customer visits and at selected congresses by providing presentations, demonstrations, sales support.
You are a part of
the FORS venture, an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary team that acts as a start-up in the larger corporation, tasked to build a new business whilst leveraging the competencies of the broader Philips organization. In the FORS venture you will be joining the FORS business team which is responsible for the clinical, marketing, sales and business development activities for this new and exciting medical device.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Rich clinical work experience in healthcare (in the hospital) within vascular surgery, interventional radiology or interventional cardiology, involving single-use endovascular devices. Preference for experience in aortic endovascular repair.
- Experience in similar role in the healthcare industry (medical devices, imaging equipment etc)
- Hands-on person with proven ability to implement and communicate out of the box solutions in practice.
- Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution.
- Proven ability to work in a global environment with many international interactions.
- Willingness to travel and have a in a multi-site assignments in different European countries.
- Native German speaker, excellent English skills.
