You are an experienced and passionate network specialist in the field of software-defined data centers. You identify the requirements of our customers and translate them in solutions. Using networking technologies, such as NSX, you aim to help our customers get the most out of their software-defined network.

You have a quick comprehension, want to develop your career and are based in Germany.

Then we are looking for you for our VMware NSX area.

Technology

You are responsible for designing and deploying VMware NSX to SMEs and enterprise customers
You will work together with our sales colleagues as part of the technical presale to acquire new customers and translate their requirements into solutions
You will support our VMware partner status by obtaining current VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, VCIX or VCDX
You’ll participate in the creation of best practices, white papers, blog posts, design templates and other materials on VMware networking technologies (VMware NSX, vRNI, SD-WAN,…)

Required skills

Studies in the field of computer science, IT specialist or comparable training
Relevant professional experience in advising corporate clients
Certified knowledge in the field of VMware NSX (e.g. VCAP NV) and/or in the field of network technologies (e.g. CCNA, CCIE etc.)
Knowledge in the field of security products (e.g. Carbon Black)
Experience with x86 virtualization, operating systems , and advanced storage architectures
Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations
