Areas of responsibility

• Shape innovation and new technologies to decarbonize our aluminium production sector
• Develop concepts and detailed solutions for safe and reliable components, assemblies and systems
• Customize documentation for small and large projects (e.g., drawing sets, specifications)
• Follow-up and quality assurance of projects during all project phases (incl. on-site activities)
• Professional project consulting and implementation, taking budget and time frames into account
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and project management in an international setting

Desired skills and profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering
• Practical experience in implementation projects from concept to mechanical completion
• Technical competence to engineer, model and document technical solutions for fabrication and installation
• Willingness to travel internationally for research and development activities, as well as for implementation projects
• Independent and team-oriented mindset in an interdisciplinary and international environment
• Advanced language level in English (C1 or equivalent)
• Motivated to proactively look for implementation of new technological solutions
