We are currently looking for design interns/trainees for our Berlin office, preferably for a period of 6 months. Both compulsory internships as part of your studies and voluntary traineeships are possible.

How we work

We work in interdisciplinary teams to create digital experiences for major brands as well as startups. Our teams combine strategic, and conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of design and craft to create world-class digital products and services with users in mind. We advise and coach our clients' teams to ensure the best experience for their customers.

As a Design Intern you will

• become a fully integrated team member working on ongoing projects through the entire process: from initial workshops and research to conception, design and implementation
• grow beyond design – we are a place for people that are also curious about methodologies, foresight, research, strategy and workshop facilitation
• handle smaller projects on your own if you feel comfortable to do so
• work on the UX and UI of small to large scale digital products and services, create visual identities and communication concepts – depending on your skills and interests
• have the chance to be part of different projects and working with different teams to broaden your learning experience

Who are we looking for?

• You are studying communication and/or interaction design or bring a similar experience
• You have a basic knowledge and great interest in Visual Design and/or UX/UI
• You have experience working with Figma the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote
• Coding, animation etc. are not at all a must, but count as a bonus!
• You are proactive and have a critical eye for details
• You are available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months
