Our Corporate Communications team is looking for a:

Student Assistant- Corporate Communications and Events (m/f/x, 20h/week, to start in January 2024)

• Support the PR and event managers in organizational and administrative aspects
• Maintain our journalist and invitation database, using the CRM system Salesforce
• Document press clippings and prepare a quarterly overview and selection
• Prepare event invitations in a newsletter mailing program
• Publish press releases and news posts on the website
• Support the organization and execution of events

• Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program at least for one more year
• Are fluent in English and have conversational German skills
• Are detailed and service-oriented
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to time management
• Work independently
• Have experience with Adobe; experience working with a CRM or CMS a plus
