About the Role:
The Attorney Support Assistant in this role is part of the extended support team. This role will be responsible for supporting attorneys with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a Germany-wide operating team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Frankfurt office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm (30-40 hours per week) that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

- Expense reimbursement, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Demonstrate the ability to take initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
And have:
- Prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
