We are currently on the lookout for Summer Assistants to join our amazing team in Frankfurt to support as we welcome thousands of locals and tourists alike, all with one mission - to experience the phenominal City of Frankfurt over Summer.

• Start date 15th August 2023
• End date 14th October 2023
• Accommodation included
• Mixture of shift patterns - 39 hours per week over 7 days

Sound like something you'd be interested in? Here's what you'll do:

• Be the face of our space! Use your charisma and charm when checking guests in and out
• Resolving guests queries in a timely and helpful manner
• Checking bookings and dealing with payments
• Responding to guest requests in person, over the phone, over email or via our review sites in a professional and empathetic way
• Keeping up to date with the administration including reporting
• Setting up and clearing our spaces throughout the season
• Assistant with housekeeping as required (it can get super busy!)
• Reporting any maintenance requests to our amazing maintenance team accurately and quickly
• Managing room keys

• Great customer service skills - you'll be a true people person who loves interaction with people from all kinds of backgrounds
• Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking to guests from all over the world
• The ability to work well in a busy environment
• Organisation skills - there will be a lot of reporting and administration to attention to detail is key
• Confidence with office computer systems (gold star if you've ever worked with a booking system).
• Flexibility - this role will cover working hours from 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday.
