The company:

JB Andrews is partnering with a global logistics company to help them embark on a major mission to establish a substantial global freight forwarding organisation. We are working with the Vice President – Freight Forwarding Europe and he plans to build branches in strategic hubs across Europe, and Munich is one of them.

The role:

• Establish a Munich branch from scratch.
• Full responsibility for the branch by way of P+L, operations, and recruitment.
• Manage & lead of team of Air, and Ocean freight operators, field sales, and team leads.
• Drive growth of the products.
• Support the regional / global network.
• Establish best practice and modernise the business.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree educated or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven success and experience within the
• Experienced in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
